Straight forward, 3 stages. In total I spoke to 5 people.
This was for a senior developer position, each stage, I've mentioned my lack of AWS experience but experience in Azure as was highlighted on my CV too, but was welcomed at each stage of the process.
Last stage, code review - super simple, not really senior level exercise.
Same interview, I'm told that there are a few "architecture/infrastructure" related questions - these are "bonus" questions, again not hard but no AWS experience.
In total, I've spent approximately 3 hours doing interviews for TM Group only to be told "AWS is a key requirement for this role".
Totally unjustified, dragging me through this interview process despite my full transparency start to finish.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tm group (Swindon, Wiltshire, South West England, England)

Strengths and weaknesses
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Tm group in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview was with two people, and all of the questions they asked were to test my knowledge of Agile Methodology
They didn't offer me the job as although I'd had training, they claimed my knowledge was theoretical. I did apply at a later date after I'd obtained some commercial experience but they refused to call me in for interview.
