Tollanis Solutions interview questions

There were 3 steps in total. 1st round - you have to record your self introduction 2nd round - The most Tedious process of all where you had to answer many questions under 5 sections. It was like a non ending process and the most frustrating 3rd round - The final interview with Director where they will ask expected salary and everything. After a wait of 1 week when I called them they informed that the position for which they were hiring has been filled by an existing employee and they forgot to inform candidates. It’s very good to retain and promote employees at the same time it’s very bad to not let candidates know the status of their candidacy with the company. Hence wouldn’t recommend.
