      Assistant Designer, Childrenswear Interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (New York, NY) in Mar 2012

      Interview

I had to interview with the HR before meeting the designer. Everyone was super friendly, the questions were general, all related to the content of my resume. The designer had a set of questions written out for me including my achievements and challenges faced. They were nice enough to get back to me that they were looking for more experience and did offer me a freelance position for another job profile.
