2nd interview: with another keyholder, we sat on a bench in the shopping mall, she asked a couple very basic/standard interview questions.

Question 1
What do you know about the company (I had done my research before so it was easy)
Asked me about how I would help customers and I told them I love to help customers and then they asked me to fold clothes and then walk through how I would clean the store
Got asked basic qualification questions around experience with customer service and ability to communicate. Also got asked if I can speak another language. Process was one round and fairly quick
