A remote interview with the Store Manager explaining about Tommy Hilfiger, the team, and the position. I was asked questions regarding my experience, leadership, and training. Then, a second interview with another Store Manager to gage a better understanding of who I was as an individual and leader.

Easy process, apply online and in person interview, followed up 2-3 business days after with an offer. Very transparent through the interview behaviour and conversation base. One person interview panel with an assistant manager .
