I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger (Adelaide) in Feb 2025
Interview
The process was good in the first half, I had the interview in a cafe, and the manager was lovely, we got along really well and the interview went very well, the second half sucked tho, she said she'd call me that week to let me know the outcome, however I received an email saying the position was unavailable, so I called the store to confirm, as I'd applied for 4 jobs in that store so I wasn't sure which job the email was referring to, the employee who answered wouldn't let me speak to the manager and told me that since the email was from the PVH company, it means I didn't get the job, even after me explaining I had applied for multiple jobs so the email could have been referencing the other applications. Felt really let down, as I had expected the manager to call, and wasn't even allowed to talk to her.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you do if the fitting rooms were full and a customer was growing agitated waiting for a room
It was a pretty standard interview for a retail position. There were common interview questions asked, such as questions related to relevant work experience, customer service, upselling and how to upsell.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Tommy Hilfiger in Mar 2022
Interview
Handed in the resume and assistant manager asked me few questions about past experiences and availabilities. Next day, got a message for a formal interview with the manager and had a interview the next day. Got offered a job after reference check.
