I was asked to do a test task ( writing application according to specification ). I could do it in my free time so I could start recruiting process while still working at my previous job. After submitting my task it got reviewed and I was invited to their office where I got a chance to speak with founders and other team members. Interview had two parts: first where we discussed my code and second more informal that was more about getting to know each other. In general it was very pleasant experience and I was informed about employment decision within 24h.
