I applied through college or university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Topgolf in Jun 2017
Interview
It is very unconventional. You sign up online and pick a date come on time and it is like one big party its loud music with a DJ and huge games all over . Like huge jenga, connect 4, and huge beer pong games. They are looking to see how fun you are and your personality. They have bins full of costumes for you to wear as you meet the other potential applicants. They then put you in groups to ask ice breakers and introduce your self . Lots of dancing too . They then have some light group activity to learn the core values.

Question 1
If you could be a ice cream flavor which would you pick
Very fun and easygoing a group interview style did a speed round of interviews with 3 different people. I enjoyed my time there and learned more about the job .
It was a group interview we had 90 seconds to meet with a team lead, general manager, then operations manager. Generic questions like availability, personality, and thrown into a role play scenario. Make sure you stand out. Be personable, nice, and friendly. Serving experience may not be required but it would be a perk.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Topgolf (Miami Gardens, FL)
