I applied online and I was soon after invited in for an interview. The Retail Manager interviewed me in an office below the shop floor. Questions were mainly based around me and my CV. They wanted previous experience working in Retail.

I went through an interview with a hiring manager. Afterwards, when I passed, I went to an onboarding session with more employees (you had to pass it successfully in order to get hired)

they asked about my strengths, my weaknesses, what I expected in the future, if I was interested in fashion
I found interviewing for Topshop to be a very simple process and was made to feel comfortable. I would recommend this company for how they conducted an intro to the role and company.
