I was approached via LinkedIn by their recruitment team. I had two interviews, one with HR and one with a Creative Director. The CD was laid-back and we had a nice conversation. I took a deeper look at their culture on their website and was stunned to find a laundry list of things 'they don't want' in their candidates. This is definetly a glass is half empty company. Further more, there are reports of abuse coming from the CEO. I pulled my candiacy before I got an offer. I would advise anyone interested in Toptal to take a deeper dive before applying/accepting an offer.
