Had an introductory phone call which set up an in-person interview. Pretty easy and fun, assuming it was just someone to vet the application.
The in-person interview was very "medium", not difficult but a little unprofessional (which took me by surprise). In both the pre-interview and the actual interview, I was asked if I was offended by "cursing"/"swearing" I said no and when I asked why I kept being asked that she explained it was in response to a glassdoor review they got (so instead of addressing the behavior in office it is just apart of the culture? Lol.)
Ended up not getting the job offer - which is fine, the compensation package seemed really questionable. I was promised a pay range on the pre-interview, which was then $10k less in the actual interview while the interviewer was trying to sell commison-based pay for underwriters... Yikes.
