I applied through college or university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cleveland, OH) in Aug 2016
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter after submitting my resume. We had a few different conversations where he was just getting a feel for my personality and whether I would be a good fit at TQL. I eventually got brought in to the Cleveland (Independence) branch where I met with a couple sales representatives to get a better feel for the position before meeting with the branch manager. Overall TQL seems like a great place to work but they expect you to put in 60 hours a week including Saturdays without properly paying you for it.
In addition, they did not mention the non-compete that you must sign. I only found out about through my recruiter/reading through the offer
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
Pretty simple standard interview. Went over my background, why I wanted a sales job, what did I think about my experiences that make me a good fit for the role etc.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2025
Interview
Process was fair, 2 phone interviews and have a live interview scheduled. The first interview was over the phone and the second was via Teams. Dealing with a recruiter as well.
The interview process was really great. I really enjoyed everyone I talked to and got a thorough understanding of the company and the position. I ultimately declined the offer but I would recommend.
