I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Austin, TX) in Jul 2020
Interview
Three Stages to the process. You first introduce yourself and then go over the resume and talk about what it is you will be doing within this industry. Talk about all the good stuff in terms of who TQL is. Then answer some entry-level questions at home. Have a follow up interview where you sell them something. Finally the third interview with pit boss man.
It was fun and exciting. Definitely needed to be on your p's and q's.

They are easy going and through in filling you in on the expectations of your potential time with them. Seems like a good company, which has competition in the workplace and takes care of their employees.

Question 1
What are some of your wants for workplace that we could offer (beyond pay, location, and hours)
Very informative and very nice interviewer. Recruiter genuinely cared about who I was as a person rather than that I matched the skills criteria only. Seems like a company that takes a lot of work but rewards handsomely in turn.

Do a two minute sales pitch on any product or service.

Standard not too much thought had to go into preparing. A couple calls with the hiring manager and the direct manager you would be working under. Did not care about previous experience too much.
