I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2021
Interview
1. Phone screen with an initial recruiter
2. Emailed written questions to the same recruiter
3. HOUR-LONG formal phone interview when I was told that it would be no longer than 25 minutes. I was completely grilled on every single answer to the point where it felt like an interrogation.
4. Received a call from the hiring manager a few days before Christmas that I didn't answer because I was already with family. Called back a few minutes later and they proceeded to ignore every single one of my calls from that point. I would call every few days to be sent to voicemail. A friend that works there told me they wanted to offer me a job but I didn't pick up the first call so they moved to the next person. Would not want to work there anyways from what I saw of them. Very bad vibe.

Interview
Interview process was standard, received a phone call screening with a recruiter and then online interview for the role. Process is not challenging and interview is very conversational, I believe they also asked about my resume and why I want to work in this field.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
There were 3 interviews in the interview process. First was a phone screen interview just gauging interest and capabilities for position. The second interview was over Teams with a the same recruiter from the first interview with some more in depth questions about capabilities and typical interview questions, along the lines of a phone screen as well. The third interview was in person and you meet with the recruiter on site who leads you to shadow a broker for a short period of time. After shadowing the broker, you go into about an hour long interview with at least two hiring managers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked you to rank certain aspects of working life and culture at TQL from least to most important. Some of the options included work-life balance, being number one, and making six figures. There is one more option you get as well, but can't remember.
