I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Cincinnati, OH) in Dec 2022
Interview
There's a phone interview and two in-person interviews. In addition, there is a supply-chain project, and you must pass three tests: TQL knowledge, math, and geography. I did not get to present the project, only email it to the committee. People were friendly, but I think they're shortsighted in what they're looking for in future employees.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2015
Interview
Employee referal. Was called that day by a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Then went on to a skype call, then to a face to face interivew where I shadowed two LAE and then lastly interviewed with the manager. Straight forward questions. Had to do a homework assignment where I had to get prospects and contact information.
