I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Denver, CO) in Jul 2023
Interview
A lot of initial videos, tests, during the interview process I had an initial call with the recruiter, then I went to the office to interview with the HR recruiter I was speaking to. It went really well, I was showed around the office and saw the environment I would be working in. I feel like it was a great showing and got to learn a bit about the company having a shadow with a new employee and a veteran employee. A day later I was invited to go back to the office and have another interview with a hiring manager and his colleague that also went really well. A couple days later I was offered the job. During the interview process and meeting I felt that I was prepared and they did a really good job of letting you know what you would be doing and wanting you to succeed on both their end and mine. Positive experience

Question 1
A difficult experience I have been able to overcome
I applied online. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics
Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
