Initial interview lasted for 30 minutes, where we discussed what the company offered, schedule, and pay. We also discussed my background and my goals. The recruiter did a good job asking me how I was feeling about the position and worked with my schedule. The interviewer was nice and courteous.

It was a relatively straight forward interview; however, very quickly they told me that the "Account Representative" role had already been filled internally and that they were looking for a sales-focused candidate who would be willing to embrace cold-calling. It felt a little like a bait-and-switch but the representative was professional and courteous the whole time.
