I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics in Oct 2024
Interview
The interview process as a whole is extremely rigorous, but the questions they ask you aren't necessarily difficult to answer. I was reached out to by a recruiter and had two phone interviews and two in person interviews. At my final interview, I had to take a test to match all of the United States on a map, a math test, and an additional test involving facts about the company. I got a 100% on all three tests after studying all weekend and spoke to the hiring manager for about 45 minutes afterward. After all of the effort I put into the interview process, I was declined the offer. This process took over a month and I honestly felt quite misled. I understand that the job market is extremely complicated at the moment, but after all the work I put in and the connections I made with some of the employees at TQL, it would've been nice to at least receive some sort of explanation. I feel like a company should know if they want you or not after the third interview. It just felt moderately insensitive with how bad the job market looks right now.
