Very strange, rude and arrogant interviewer who asked too many personal questions unrelated to the job at hand. Then criticized you if didn't like the answer. Very unprofessional. Everyone inside is blaring music at a call center

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Total Quality Logistics (Portland, OR) in Nov 2025
Interview
Two phone calls, 1 in person interview, reference check. Process thus far has lasted about one month. Recruiter has been very helpful. Connected with the company at a university career fair.

Interview
The process began very quickly. The interview consisted of just as much info about the company as being asked why I would want to work there. Overall, a little pushy- what you might expect from a sales role. I removed myself from the interview process before an offer was extended just because it was not the right move for me.
3 levels of interview + a shadowing period with a current employee. All were done via phone and zoom. However, this may have changed since I applied last in 2023. I was ghosted after doing all three stages. Not even a rejection.
