It went really well, they asked me general questions about my current job, my studies, about what I know about Total and about my motivation to apply for the job. They described me how a usual day in the position looks like.

1 interview in person in the office in Esbjerg. The HR assistant and the manager of the department were part of the interview. They contacted me online, ask me to do a personality test and a rational test. The results are later presented during the interview and they ask you to explain your personality and so on.

Interview
The interview process was great. The employer provides a safe and respectful environment, and the interview is conducted in an informal way. It is a discussion between the employer and prospective employee that seeks to find a match in personality and skills.
Relatively relaxed setting. Further, a more broad introduction to the work, culture, environment. Expectations was discussed as well as parts of the CV. They pointed out several points in the motivational letter and in the CV which needed further elaboration. Lastly, they acknowledge and appreciated the thoroughly know-how of the firm (Values, mission, vision etc.)
