Quite straight forward standard competency based interview. Made it to the second stage. All interviews were online., 3rd stage would have been online too. Interviewer’s were friendly. Only gripe was I never heard anything back after the second stage, would have been nice to have been informed that I was unsuccessful considering I made it to the second stage. Invites to the interviews were a bit sloppy as I was just sent a teams link on both occasions without a time, or date for the interview , and had to contact the hiring manager on both occasions to confirm. Also you were just given a date and time rather than asked for your availability. General first impressions were that the company a bit unorganised. Overall not a bad experience, but communication throughout the process could have definitely been better.
