The interview process was split into 2 stages. The initial meet and greet with technical assessment. The second stage was more of 'culture-fit' to the company and personality assessments. Thereafter I was informed to wait until the recruiting team had made a decision. Waited for about 3 weeks and I received a pleasant call offering me a role of metocean engineer at one the affiliates.
