How do you stay organized and manage stress during busy shifts or unexpected challenges? How would you handle a conflict between two patrons or students to ensure safety and maintain a welcoming atmosphere?

Easy, they asked a few questions about myself and how I handle different situations with people. They also make sure that work does not interfere with your classes. The interview was less than 30 minutes.
