The interview was a three person panel interview. They were from different departments and locations. They requested my responses be in the STAR method. The interview was in an office room. I sat in the 'boss' chair while they sat across the desk from me. They were relaxed but very attentive. They had me walk them through my resume and asked questions about the items that peaked their interest.
