I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Trademo in Aug 2025
Interview
I cleared 3 rounds of interviews and even gave the final round with their CEO over a span of 2 weeks. After following up for results, HR casually told me, “The position is on hold, but you’re not rejected, we’ll update you.”
Fast forward a month, I see the SAME job role posted again and again on LinkedIn. This clearly shows the level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism in this company. If you want to reject a candidate, at least have the guts to say it upfront along with a reason instead of hiding behind lame excuses like “position on hold.”
Do they even realize how much effort goes into interviews? Taking leaves from work, adjusting office timings, preparing sincerely – all of it goes to waste just because of their careless attitude. But clearly, they don’t care about candidates’ time or effort.
No wonder this company has a 2.5 rating on Glassdoor. After this experience, I strongly advise job seekers to stay away from this lala organization. You’ll regret joining – poor job security, no real work-life balance, and guess what? They only allow 0.5 days work-from-home PER MONTH (yes, you read that right).
Final Verdict: Stay far, far away from this company. Pathetic process, pathetic culture. They don’t value people – only hollow postings on LinkedIn.
