I was headhunted but the interview process was a bit less standard than what I was used to. The questions seemed to revolve around the work environment more than anything else

very long, 5+interviews, and then they don't get back to you soon enough. HR tells you what you want to hear then they don't follow through on the benefits mentioned.
Very lenghty process with several follow ups with no response. Turnover is I understand very high. Could be a good stepping stone as a junior but that is all. Team seem alright.
