I applied on LinkedIn and received an interview request. After my interview, I was ghosted by the recruiter - no rejection email or anything, thought during my interview, I was informed regardless of decision, I would hear back by the end of the following week. I followed up with the recruiter noting that I hadn’t heard back from them and asked if there were other opportunities within the organization I may align with if not the position interviewed for. I received radio silence.
