Poor HR processes. And the interviewers not professionals . I was discouraged in the interview to apply for a job . Inflexible approach like a typical Swedish company. Won't recommend this company.

It is easy to follow the interview steps. The customer service job interview consisted of five sections. Language test, computer skills test, behavioural test, job skills test, and group activity test.

How do you feel after a day filled with loads of work?
HR is quite nice and responsive. The interview is quite calm and comfortable, you can always ask for information again or clarify if you don’t understand something. In general, communication in the company is built at a fairly good level.

The main questions are previous experience. Language knowledge. Multitasking check. Weaknesses and strengths. And also the level of communication.
