Virtual interview via teams. It was very relaxed and was only asked four questions. The interview was extremely relaxed it was just like having a normal conversation about yourself and how you’ve shown and dealt with customer service.

Extremely technical, yet fair. I enjoyed the whole process but it is quite a long process. From start to final interview it took roughly 3 months I guess the competition was strong.

I feel the interviewer was biased although answered the question and followed correct procedure they were not happy. I also know someone else who I prepared them for and also another person and they didn't get the job so I definitely feel there is biasses in the tfl hiring process.
