Be prepared to spend 4-5 hours answering redundant interview questions. The interview will start with a HR rep, who will ask questions straight out of google and provide nothing more. You will then meet with 6-7 individuals who are not even related to the team you would be managing. This experience did not only happen once, but 3 times.
