Interview
The interview was through Zoom for about two hours long. I was first interviewed by a manager within the department I was applying for. Then an interview with the director. Both professionals were great. The HR recruiter did prepare me for the interview. Study the STAR Method. If you have a background in customer service, you shouldn't have a problem. Prepare for the interview.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Orlando, FL)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted with in a day or two to schedule a phone screening. The phone screening was mostly questions about my experience and then she went over the job description, hours and salary. If you pass that then you are required to fill out a couple documents and complete a 3 exam on site. Make sure you complete all the documents with 100% accuracy. I can't stress how important that is; you go through all the steps and then at the end a job offer can be revoke because you overestimated your previous salary by a few cents. BE ACCURATE! They told me immediately after the exam that I passed and asked if I was available to stay to meet the the supervisors in that department. I wasn't so I scheduled it for the following day. That interview was with two supervisors. They asked a lot of situational behavioral questions. They want details of each situation, what your solution was, how you implemented it, what the outcome was. Then a week after that I was called and offered the position, required to fill out some background check documents and take a drug test. Again, be accurate! I completed everything right away and knew within a week that it was all approved and I can officially give my other job my notice.
