I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Dallas, TX)
Interview
After applying online, you will be asked to take an online test, if all goes well HR will contact you to perform a phone screening. After this if all goes well, you will be asked to schedule an in-person interview, which will be an interview with two unit managers in the department for about an hour. After this you will either pass or fail; if passed you will interview with someone in the department performing the role, which will be about 30 - 40 min. If you pass this, you will then meet with HR and Upper management, for another 30 - 45 min.
If you passed all the interviews no this day, you might have a follow up 30 - 40 min interview over the phone another day, if all goes well, HR will contact you to make an offer; then you will have your background checked and processed.
