I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2018
Interview
Travelers recruits at my university and attends one of the career fairs. After submitting a very simple online application, I was notified that I had a 30-minute on-campus interview (first round). I interviewed with two people, both who are a part of the HRLDP program.
Then I was notified, maybe a week later, that I had two 30-minute interviews (final round). The super day was in Hartford, but I was unable to attend. They were very accommodating and I was able to interview over Skype. Both of my interviewers were kind, candid, and progressional. I felt like it went well, but who really knows with interviews.
I think two days later, I received a call about an offer. I had learned quite a bit about diversity and inclusion at Travelers and accepted the offer based on the positive actions toward D&I.

Interview
The phone screen interview was pretty basic. They ask you to go over your resume and describe your work experience, as well as campus involvement. In addition to that, they ask a few situational questions in regards to previous experiences you may have had. They also ask you to describe some knowledge on functional HR in business, as well as current HR trends.
