I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Hartford, CT) in May 2014
Interview
I applied online and had a phone screen within a week. The "talent acquisition rep" and I stayed in touch via email after I took an online test/screen but it was almost 4 weeks before I was contacted for an in-person interview. I interviewed 1:1 with 6 people in succession over 2 hours. I was ultimately offered the job about a week and a half later, and started about 2 weeks after that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I did not have any difficult questions - it was more of a conversation than a test.
Extremely slow process. I was disappointed after my initial phone interview because I knew I blew it. The interviewer made me feel incompetent and I didn't expect a call back.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Travelers (West Des Moines, IA) in Dec 2024
Interview
Recruiter contacted me and asked a ton of screening questions before setting up a Zoom interview with two attorneys and another paralegal on the team. The questions asked were both situational and behavioral.

I applied through other source. I interviewed at Travelers (Saint Paul, MN) in Nov 2022
Interview
The process consisted of three interviews. One phone interview and two video interviews. Both video interviews were extensive and had many participants. Not particularly difficult but long due to the amount of people.
