I applied awhile ago and didn’t make the first round, however I surprisingly received a email months after I was considered for the second round of hiring. A month after that, I was contacted for a phone interview, this is done by a third party interviewer who asked me basic behavioral questions and dug into my resume.
A week later I received a call that made it to the final round of interviews which was a 1 hour long zoom call. They told me they wanted my answers in the STAR format and I was told to watch 4 commercials before the call. WATCH THEM they will ask what you think about it. The interview was so much fun and the two interviewers made me feel comfortable and excited to work for the company - it felt like talking to friends.
Just be honest on your resume, practice behavioral questions in STAR format and you will do well! This was the first company interview process I actually enjoyed (even if it took awhile, I’m happy I was considered)
