Auto Damage Claim Representative - Trainee Interview

      May 9, 2022
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Travelers (Houston, TX) in Apr 2022

      Interview

It was a long process. I first did a phone interview. Then a second zoom interview that consisted of behavioral questions. Then a more laid back third interview. I was told I would hear back in 1 to 2 weeks. When 2 weeks had gone by i tried to call and email to get updates, but received no response. Very unprofessional. Then 3 weeks after that I received an email saying I didn’t get the job. A complete waste of time and shows the company can’t even stick to their own deadlines they set for themselves.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Tell me about a time when you have to negotiate, work with someone difficult. A time when you had to stay organized. Etc.

      Interview

Applied online. After about a week, received a call to attend a job fair for an interview. Two weeks ago met 1 on 1 with a recruiter. Pushed Total Loss Claim Rep position. Said if chosen to proceed, may need copy of most recent performance review, which I am unable to provide. Was called in for testing 2.5 weeks later. Called the next day and told that would not proceed because I did not pass 1 of 7 tests taken.
