We began with the initial interview, which was conducted by a recruiter. The ecruiter asked the toughest questions. The secoond interview was with two hiring managers. They were very personable and conversational, so this made the interview seem easy.

Was supposed to have a phone screening this morning at 10am EST, but never got a call so I'm not sure what happened. I was emailed the day before with clear instructions, and followed them, but no call.
