Bolt program - super chill. Again it depends on who you know and that’s basically how you get in. Was not so hard but it fell like tokenism and they don’t take you seriously on site .

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Tridel Group (Toronto, ON)
Interview
They make you do multiple interviews and promise that they’ll call even if you don’t get the job to let you know and then completely ghost you. They talk so much hardly letting you speak and they talk so highly of themselves and their pillars and they completely stray from them. They are hypocrites who waste candidates time
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Tridel Group (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2023
Interview
Tridel interviews marketing/social media candidates to steal their ideas, since the management team is aged, out of date and uninspired. I presented new and fresh ideas for a Social Media Coordinator position, and by the second interview the marketing team had already implemented the ideas I presented, live on their website, using them as their own. The second interview consisted of a long, tedious project that most would classify as free labour. After completing these two interviews with innovative and lucrative strategies, I received an automated message advising me I didn’t get the job. When I emailed the hiring manager asking for feedback he failed to respond-very unprofessional after spending hours interviewing. Don’t waste your time interviewing at Tridel unless you want your ideas stolen from you. If you see any cool new social media posts that stick out from their lacklustre, cookie cutter and unimaginative Instagram feed, then just know those are my ideas!
