Interview
1) Small talk with the HR.
2) Technical talk with the team lead. The conversation was nice, he looked at my previous opensource projects. Overall a nice conversation.
3) Meeting with the manager. We talked for 15min and was shown around the place.
Then they rejected me because I was mostly a backend engineer with no fullstack or mobile experience. In the job description, there were no fullstack/mobile requirements and from my CV it was pretty obvious I did not have any experience in those areas.
Overall seems a nice place to work but I felt that was a waste of time since I didn't fit the role in the first place.
