Lots of expected value and brain teaser questions. Need to also explain interest in trading specifically and why trillium over other shops. About 4 total interviews last one is in person typically.
First round with head of HR. Study on status of markets. Basic behavioral questions with a couple technical questions. And then mental math test at the end. Very straight forward
