Good and probing questions. Some felt they were after free consulting advice eg should we do X or how would we do Y. Interesting way to test knowledge I suppose. HR person said nothing throughout and this was awkward - like a private one-to-one conversation but with someone else there. Splitting into two (hiring manger then HR) would be better. Bad form in not allowing me to ask any questions at the end. At 58 minutes past the main interviewer said she had a hard stop on the hour and if I had any questions. Yes I had four as we are assessing the company as well. So we just rushed one - better to allow some contingency time.
