I applied online and I got a response in about 2 weeks. They emailed me setting up a phone interview for the following day. Interview was really well done and the person who I talked to was really friendly. The phone interview lasted about 20 minutes. Two weeks later I received an email saying I did not get the position.

Phone screen, technical phone screen, simple analytical writing exercise, 4 hour on-site interview, meeting 10 people. After all of this, I received a form response saying I wasn't successful. Not even a personal email followup or phone call, which was really unprofessional and surprised me. Given this, it was hard to judge where or how I didn't meet the criteria.
