Interview
I applied for Staff Engineer role.
Total there was 5 rounds + 1 OA. Barring the coding round all the other rounds were around Leadership principles and team fitment. Even the coding round was also not that challenging(LC easy questions around array).
After all the rounds lasting about 6 hours , i did not even hear back from the Recruiter.
I have been ghosted before also in Interviews , but this one is really painful cause i had to go through such a hectic interview schedules. Also before the interview Twilio had tall claims regarding the work and interview experience.
All of these seems to be Show offs. I highly doubt they are even serious about their India Development Centre.

Interview
It looks amazing initially when interviewer digging details about your project, then i came to know he is pathetic guy. After clearing first coding round, hiring went on freeze and then suddenly, 2 weeks later new recruiter came into picture. She was very inexperienced and don't know how to talk. Hiring manager was great and every other guy was just doing interview for the sake of interview. Be aware of this company since they are not recruiting, they are ghosting since twillio profit is very less. I blacklisted this company and its recruiter. Main reason: The recruiter was asking for personal details even before hiring decision was made.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Twilio (New Delhi) in Apr 2021
Interview
This was a referral. Got a hacker rank test. Did all 3 problems. Got answers for all of them. Got an automated rejection email after 2 days. Don't know what went wrong, but I know this has been a horrible experience. Why the hacker rank test if you're going to reject me after sending you answers.
