Interview
Did 3 interviews total. Also had to submit a video showing a project. No experience required 6-month internship. One self-proctored, one phone screen, one day 5-hour interview. Did not get an offer, the feedback was basically there was a lot of candidates. No negative notes from all interviewers.

Question 1
First was an online self proctored coding challenge using a web-based ide.
Basic coding challenge easy leetcode level. Final interview was 5 hours 2 coding challenge and 2 behaivor interviews. Large candidate pool over 500 for 20 slots.
About 18 test cases it was pretty easy actually also there was a 4 hour time limit so there was plenty of time. Second was a 1-hour "phone screen".
For now, I received a 60 minute hacker rank, I believe I will get 2 more rounds of interviews. There will also be a recruiter phone screen, and a technical afterwards.

Interview
After sending in a cv, there is a HackerRank coding test that has 60 minute time limit and is pretty difficult. Next there is an interview with a manager to just ask questions about experience and values and a more about how you act in specific situations. Then lastly there is a technical interview with pairprogramming.

Questions on ourselves and our projects(mostly) based around Twilio Magic values.
Coding Sub Round
1 medium level custom made question to be solved in 45 mins, Hacker rank.
