      IT Project Manager Interview

      Sep 13, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at U.S. Bank

      Interview

Initial phone screen with HR, followed by a phone screen with hiring manager, followed by in person interview with hiring manager. The interview itself was one of the most rude experiences I've had in a professional setting. The director joined late, then proceeded to scroll through her phone message (with key-click audible), and actually started listening to a voice mail. Then excused herself early. When asked, "Do you have any questions?" I actually said "Yes, is she always like that, or was this some kind of a test?". The response was, yes, that's the way she is. But she introverted. No, I corrected, that's just rude. And made it clear that, combined with the 'we are paying for butts in chairs' work policy was not for me.
