I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Minneapolis, MN) in Mar 2023
Interview
Phone interview with recruiter for basic information about the position and general get to know you questions. Why are you looking, how did you hear about us, what type of work do you currently do. Second interview was with the hiring manager over Teams video call. Very comfortable interview style, asked real world questions about the specific position. Avoided the Whats your greatest weakness, name a time you had an issue with blah, and instead actually focused on getting to know my skill set and describing what the job entails. The second interview was on a Monday and received an offer on that Friday with all the necessary information. Both the recruiter and hiring manager were great and very friendly/personable.

Relatively easy process. Could take a while between calls but the technical interview was pretty basic. The behavioral interview again was pretty easy with just answering questions to a panel.
