I found my interview process to be easy. It took about 5 weeks between when I applied and when they called me for an interview. I had no phone screen ad proceeded straight to a face-to-face. One 45 minute panel interview with the local management team, then I received an offer a week and a half later.

Interview
Apply online, 2 phone interviews, 1 in person interview. The application was relatively simple. Didn't take much thinking. The first phone screening was just a general conversation. I presume to determine if I was capable of having a conversation. The next phone interview was more in-depth and lasted almost 2 hours. It wasn't quite as much quizzing as I expected but just general conversation.
