First there's a phone interview with HR and then they set up a in-person interview with the hiring managers and the team. I applied in October 2014 online, talked to HR in the same month then heard back in January 2015 for an in person interview. The in-person interview is about 2 hours. You meet with a lot of people: managers and staff members that you would be interacting with. I sent a follow up note but never heard back either from the hiring manager or HR.
