Very lengthy interview process and I wasn’t hired. If a company us going to interview multiple candidates for one job that should be disclosed so no one’s time is wasted in the process.

Interview
I had an initial screening call with HR. I then had a zoom call with the ED manager and other social workers. The other social workers primarily asked the questions.
Be prepared to answer questions about yourself and what would make you a good addition to the team. There may also be a second-round interview that goes more in-depth into the role that you are applying for.
