The interview for UBC international recruitment assistant was Behavioural assessment. It was in-person at the UBC campus. The assessment was conducted with 3 team members. Assessment required preparation using the STAR methodology and having relevant personal experiences. One requires good communication skills as well.

Very decentralised organization culture. Thus your interview is handled by each department and not from central HR or have a common list of question. Mine included a written test and interview questions from 2 different supervisor in the room.
